Imagine if you had two in a day (morning and evening): that's nearly 500 calories - essentially a meal replacement! And these bars are very tiny. The ingredient list dates, bananas and vanilla extra together providing heaps of sweetness, I wonder if reducing the sugar even slightly could bring the calories closer to 140-150 calories — making them an easier everyday snack."
