Our Refrigerated Oat Bars are recommended for ages 4+ years. Of course, it is ultimately up to you and your pediatrician to determine what is the best food to feed your child and when. Psst: adults love these, too!
Do the bars have to be refrigerated, or is that just for freshness?
Yes, they should be stored in the fridge for the best taste and texture. However, they can be taken on the go (stored outside the fridge) for up to one week.
Are the Refrigerated Oat Bars and Protein Bars gluten-free?
We use gluten-free oats in all of our bars. However, the bars are not certified gluten-free.
Are the Refrigerated Oat Bars and Protein Bars dairy free?
Our Refrigerated Oat Bars do not contain any dairy ingredients.
Our Protein Bars do contain dairy, as they are made with organic milk and whey proteins.*
