Belly Blends Gelatin Bites Recipe

Time: 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add Belly Blend pouch and ¾ cup juice, whisk until combined. Allow mixture to come to a simmer and continue to simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Bloom the gelatin: While the pouch and juice are heating, sprinkle gelatin in a glass bowl and pour the remaining ¾ cup juice over the gelatin.
  3. Once the juice and pouch have simmered, remove from heat and pour into the bowl of bloomed gelatin. Whisk until mixture is fully combined.
  4. Pour gelatin liquid mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 pan and transfer to fridge for 4 hours.
  5. Using your favorite cookie cutters, cut gelatin into shapes (a great task for kiddos!). Serve immediately, or store in single layer in airtight container in the refrigerator.

*Note: This recipe was tested with no added sugar concord grape juice, veggie fruit blend juice, fruit punch juice and apple juice. Pineapple juice is not recommended for this recipe, as it contains enzymes that will not allow the gelatin to set.
